Parade Entrant:

On Sept. 5 and 6th, the Ottoville community will come together to host the 47th annual Ottoville Park Carnival. The carnival is the only fundraiser to raise money for the continued upkeep and improvement of our community park. The park is home to many youth and adult summer programs, family reunions, and many other fun summer events.

We would like to invite you to participate in our parade Sunday, September 6th. The parade will start at 1 p.m. If your entertainment group or marching unit requires compensation to perform, please contact Adam Koester.

Position assignments are to be secured at the Ottoville Fire Department by the VFW uptown where the OACCs will be available to assist you. Please arrive between 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

In addition to the parade we have many other activities taking place Labor Day weekend, if you and your family would like to join us. This year’s entertainment for Sunday evening features Mustang Sally, who plays country rock. Some activities provided by Ultrasound are the X-treme Trampoline and the Rock Climbing Wall, which have proven to be very popular during previous years. On Saturday, there will be a Lip Sync Contest and a Wing Cook-Off.

Mark your calendars for Sept. 6th, and come march in our parade! We’re looking forward to seeing you.
