· Fence repair around park and new fence by basketball/tennis court

· Tennis net needed, new topping on basketball/tennis court

· Curbs and Sidewalks as part of parking lot renovation

· Redo Diamond #1 and #3 with new topping

· Replace Shelter House #2 with new bigger and more modern (most frequently rented shelter house every year)

· Irrigation system on soccer field

· Painting poles on new courts

· Fencing around fields

· 2nd batting cage on little league end

· Replacing Mother Lode with more modern playground equipment

· Gazebo built by play area (possibly where old fountain was)
